If something is not answered here, ask in the chat or call reception. A person replies within the hour.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 12pm. Early arrival is free if your room is ready, and you are welcome to use the spa and pools from 10am either way. Late check-out until 4pm is ₦40,000.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome in the garden villas and at the main pool until 6pm. The spa, pavilions and the quiet garden are for guests aged 16 and over, so everyone can rest.
What happens if the power goes?
It does not. The resort runs on solar with battery and inverter backup, with a generator kept as a reserve.
Can I change or cancel?
Change your dates free up to 7 days before arrival. Cancel more than 14 days ahead for a full refund of your deposit, or move it to another date within a year.
