Kitchen
Nigerian food, cooked lightly
Chef Musa and his team cook from our garden and from farms in Nasarawa and Niger State. Less oil, more vegetables, real flavour, and any diet handled without fuss.
How we cook
Four simple rules
From the garden
Ugu, scent leaf, uziza, peppers and herbs picked the same morning.
Less oil and salt
Familiar soups and stews, with a lighter hand and no stock cubes.
Real portions
Enough to feel full, never so much you need a nap.
Any diet
Vegan, gluten-free, low salt, diabetic-friendly. Tell us when you book.
