A whole day of quiet, without staying the night
Come in the morning, leave at sunset. Day passes include the water circuit, the pools and the tea bar, and the full day adds lunch and a treatment. Only 24 passes a day, so it never feels busy.

Your booking goes straight to the team's COVORN dashboard and the gate has your name. Arrive any time in your pass hours.

Arrive and change
Robe, slippers and a locker. Tea and fruit in the rest room.
7am to 10am
The water circuit
Steam, sauna, cool plunge and the warm pool, two or three times round.
Morning
Lunch in the garden kitchen
Three courses from the day's menu, with a pressed juice.
12:30pm
Your 45-minute therapy
Scalp and shoulders, reflexology or a back massage.
Afternoon
Sunset by the pool
Join the breathing class at 5:30pm, or just lie still.
Until 7pm
Birthdays and groups
Bring your people
Groups of 6 to 12 can book a private corner of the pool garden, a long lunch table and treatments back to back. Popular for birthdays, bridal showers and send-forths.
Group day passes start at ₦50,000 per person with lunch. A person on the team will plan it with you.

Do I need to book?
Yes, please. Passes are limited to 24 a day so the pools stay quiet. Walk-ins are welcome if the live bar shows space.
Can children come?
Day passes are for 16 and over. Families can book a garden villa instead.
Is parking free?
Yes, there is free, shaded and guarded parking for day guests.
Can I upgrade my therapy?
Yes, pay the difference at the spa desk to move to a longer treatment.
