The room
What it feels like
Garden rooms are where most first visits begin. They are calm, warm-toned spaces of limewashed walls, iroko floors and hand-woven aso oke cushions, with a terrace that opens straight into a walled herb garden.
The bed is made with heavy cotton and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout linen curtains close the room completely, and the air conditioning runs almost silently. Because the resort runs on solar with battery and inverter backup, the fan and the lights never cut out in the middle of the night.
