Questions people ask
If something is not answered here, ask in the chat or call reception. A person replies within the hour.
Are retreats medical programmes?
No. They are restful stays with good food, movement and treatments. If you are under a doctor's care, carry on with it, and tell us anything we should know.
Can I come alone?
Most guests do. You will have your own room and can join the long table at dinner, or eat alone, as you prefer.
Do I have to give up my phone?
No. We offer a linen pouch at the desk if you want help putting it away, and Wi-Fi is off in the quiet garden.
When do retreats start?
Quiet reset starts any Friday. Rest and sleep starts on the first and third Sunday of each month.
