04Responsible supply
Some lines need a pharmacist.
Lines marked pharmacy medicine are sold only to accounts with a pharmacist in charge. General sale items, nutrition products and supplies can be ordered by any approved account. Always read the leaflet, and speak to a pharmacist or doctor about what is right for a patient.

Are these prices final?
They are example trade prices for this demo, per carton and before VAT. Your account shows your own prices.
Can I buy single packs?
Single packs are sold in Lumen pharmacies. Trade orders are by the carton.
Why are prescription medicines missing?
They are supplied to licensed pharmacies and hospitals through the trade desk, not listed on a public website.
Can I return stock?
Unopened cartons with more than nine months to expiry can be returned for credit within 30 days.
