Home Laboratories
Our laboratory in Bodija tests raw materials, samples from every batch and the stability of our products over time. Thirty eight scientists, four stability rooms, one signature on each release.
01What we test
Is it what the label says? Each active ingredient is confirmed against a reference standard.
Is the right amount there? We measure content in samples from the start, middle and end of the run.
Is anything there that should not be? Impurities and microbes are tested against set limits.
Will it stay right until expiry? Samples age in rooms set to Nigerian heat and humidity.

03Stability rooms
Two rooms hold samples at 30°C and 75% humidity, the conditions most of Nigeria lives in. Two more run hotter to show us early what time will do. Samples are pulled at three, six, twelve, twenty four and thirty six months.
If a product drifts, the expiry date on the next batch changes. That decision is written down and shared with our trade partners.
