Every chilled box carries a logger that reports every five minutes. If a reading leaves 2 to 8°C, the dispatcher is alerted and the stock is checked before it is handed over.

Brand owners and importers can store stock in our hubs and ride our routes. You keep your price list and your customers. We pick, pack, deliver and return a signed proof of delivery with a temperature record.

About deliveries.
Can I track my van?
Yes. Your trade account shows the van on a map from the moment it leaves the hub, and WhatsApp sends a message 30 minutes before arrival.
What if nobody is at the shop?
The driver calls twice and waits ten minutes. Chilled stock returns to the hub and is offered on the next window at no charge.
Do you deliver to clinics outside cities?
Yes, on scheduled runs from the nearest hub, usually weekly.
What if a box arrives warm?
Do not accept it. Sign as refused and the driver takes it back. A replacement goes out on the next window.
