What it is really like
Most garden cottages face the green or the lily pond. Morning sun comes in at the front and the veranda is shaded by afternoon. Residents grow tomatoes, scent leaf, ugwu and roses, and argue about whose is best.
Cottages suit people who want independence and company in equal measure. If care needs grow, carers visit you at home first, so you do not have to move unless you want to.

Can family stay overnight?
Yes. Two bedroom cottages have a spare room, and our guest suite is available for a small fee.
Is there a waiting list?
Sometimes. Two cottages are free now. Join the list with a refundable deposit and we call you first.
Can I have a car?
Yes, with a parking space by the gate. Many residents use our driver instead.
