Questions

About fees

Do fees go up every year?

Fees are reviewed once a year in January, with three months' notice. Example rates on this site.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, in full within 30 days of leaving, less any unpaid fees.

Does my HMO pay?

HMOs usually cover clinic visits and some therapy, not accommodation or personal care.

What if we fall behind?

Talk to us early. We have never asked a resident to leave over a short delay.

Come for lunch and see for yourself

Most families decide after one visit. Walk the gardens, meet the nurses, sit in a cottage and stay for lunch in the dining hall. It is free, and there is no pressure.
