- 5

Monthly reviews for anyone with diabetes, swallowing difficulty or weight changes.
- 6
Family liaison
One named person who keeps families informed and answers questions.

Staying well
Movement, food and company
Good care is more than medicines. Residents who move a little each day, eat well and spend time with others tend to feel better, so we make all three easy: chair yoga on the green, walking groups at sunrise, a gentle swim, and tables in the dining hall where nobody eats alone unless they want to.
We never promise a cure or a result. We promise attention, and we tell families honestly what we see.
HMOs and your doctor
How health costs work
- 1
HMO cover
Many HMOs cover clinic visits and physiotherapy here. Accommodation and personal care are paid privately. We help you check your plan.
- 2
Hospital visits
If a resident needs hospital care, a nurse goes with them and stays in touch with family throughout.
- 3
Medicines
Prescribed by your doctor, dispensed by your pharmacy, stored and given by our nurses, and recorded every time.
- 4
Records
Families with permission can see care notes and appointments in the family account.
Questions
About care
What happens at night?
A nurse and two carers are awake on every night shift, and every room has a call bell and a pull cord in the bathroom.
Can care increase without moving?
Usually yes. Carers can visit you in a cottage or apartment, and we review the plan monthly.
Do you accept residents after a stroke?
Often, after an assessment. We are honest if someone needs more specialist nursing than we offer.
Who do families call?
The nurses' station at any hour, and your family liaison in office hours.
