Care assessment
Book the assessment
The assessment takes about an hour. Matron Grace or one of her senior nurses meets the resident, talks with family and reads the doctor's letter. You receive a written care plan and an honest view of which residence suits.
The N50,000 fee is credited against the first month's fees if the resident moves in within 60 days. Example rate.

Questions
About joining
Is there an age limit?
Most residents are over 65. We welcome anyone over 60, and younger adults for respite after illness.
What if a parent does not want to move?
That is common. Start with a visit or a respite stay. Read our article on having the conversation.
Can we cancel after paying the deposit?
Yes. The reservation deposit is refundable in full until moving day.
Come for lunch and see for yourself
Most families decide after one visit. Walk the gardens, meet the nurses, sit in a cottage and stay for lunch in the dining hall. It is free, and there is no pressure.
