How payment works

30% deposit
Holds the date. Paid by card or transfer through Receivly.

Final numbers
Confirm guests ten working days out. You pay for the final number or 90% of the quote, whichever is higher.

Balance
Due ten working days before. Government and corporate clients can pay on a purchase order.

Changes
Move your date once, free, up to 60 days before. Cancellation terms are in your contract.

Questions about rates
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT at 7.5% is added on the quote and receipt.
Is there a discount for NGOs or schools?
Yes, 15% on weekdays for registered NGOs, schools and faith groups.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes. After the deposit, split the balance into up to three payments through your organiser account.
