What we have on site
Sound
Line array in Atlantic Hall, point source in other halls, 60 wireless microphones.
Screens
16 metre LED wall, four 7 metre screens, 20 confidence monitors.
Interpretation
Two booths and 1,200 headsets, infrared, up to four languages.
Streaming
Four cameras, a vision mixer and a 200 Mbps dedicated line.
Staging
Modular stage up to 24 by 8 metres, ramps and steps.
Lighting
Moving heads, wash lights and a lighting desk with an operator.

How a hybrid event runs
Stream test with your platform and remote speakers.
Full rehearsal with slides, videos and walk-on music.
Director, camera crew and a stream monitor at the AV desk.
Edited recording and the question log within 48 hours.

Yes. Our technician stays on site to look after the house system and power.
Which platforms can you stream to?
Any platform that takes an RTMP link, plus private links for members only.
Do you record sessions?
Every session can be recorded in full HD and shared in your organiser account.
