04Team
One planner from first call to last guest
Every booking gets a named events planner. They run the site visit, draw the layout, chase the menu tasting and stand in the hall on the day with a radio. Behind them is a production crew of 40, an AV desk and the kitchen.
- Site visit and first plan within a week
- Run sheet and final layout ten days out
- Rehearsal the day before for anything with a stream

Planning questions
How far ahead should we book?
Saturdays from October to December go six to nine months ahead. Weekday conferences can often be booked with four weeks notice.
Do you help with programmes and run sheets?
Yes. Your planner builds the run sheet with you and shares it in your organiser account.
Can we bring our own event planner?
Of course. We work alongside outside planners every week and give them access to the organiser account.
