How our kitchen works

Chef arranging small plates of food

Head chef Boma and a team of 28 cook every dish on site. We buy fish from the waterside markets twice a week and keep a cold room for 3,000 covers.

  • Food hygiene certificate renewed every year
  • Halal kitchen line with separate utensils
  • Allergy cards on every table on request
  • Free tasting for up to four people before your event

04Outside

Bringing your own caterer

Families often have a caterer they trust. You are welcome to bring them for a corkage fee of ₦1,500 a guest, which covers the kitchen space, cold room, tables, crockery washing and waste removal. Outside caterers must send their food handler certificates a week before.

Drinks: our licensed bar serves adults only, or bring a licensed outside bar for a corkage fee. Soft drinks, zobo and chapman are always available.
