Which layout suits your event
Each layout has a job. Tap through to compare.
Theatre: the most guests, the least movement
Rows of chairs facing the stage with a centre aisle and side aisles. Best for AGMs, conventions, launches and graduations where people listen more than they write. Allow about 0.8 square metres per guest.
Classroom: for taking notes
Tables of three facing the front. Good for trainings, exams and full-day workshops with laptops. Roughly half the theatre number, and every table gets a power strip.
Banquet: dinners and receptions
Round tables of ten with room for waiters to pass. The standard for weddings, award nights and end of year dinners. Add a dance floor in front of the stage.
Cabaret: rounds that face the stage
Round tables with seven guests on the far side so nobody turns their back to the speaker. Ideal for conferences with group work or a lunch session.
U-shape: everyone can see everyone
Tables in a U open to the screen. For board days, committee meetings and trainings under 60 people where discussion matters.
Standing reception: the most energy
Poseur tables and open floor for cocktails, networking and launches. About 1.4 square metres a guest, with stations for small chops around the edge.

Is the 3D plan exact?
It is a close guide. Final plans are drawn by our production team to the centimetre, with exits and service routes marked.
Can I place a VIP table or a photo booth?
Add it in the notes when you send the plan. The planner adds it to the drawing you receive.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. On phones the view turns slowly on its own and the arrows turn it further. With low-data mode on, you get the flat plan instead.
