When the centre is busiest
Saturdays from October to December are the first to go, mostly to weddings and end of year dinners. March and September are conference season.
Weekdays in January, June and July have the most choice and our best rates. Ask for the quiet season discount of 20%.

How holds work

If a date is held, join the queue. You get first refusal if it frees.

30% turns a hold into a booking.

Vablus sends a WhatsApp reminder before a hold expires.

Can't find a date?
Try a weekday or a different space. Delta Hall with a live link to the Mangrove Suite often fits a Saturday crowd when Atlantic Hall is gone. Or tell us your dates and we will message you if one frees up.
