Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in full if you cancel or move your visit at least 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we keep it for one rebooking.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the patient’s name and your own phone number, and tell us in the notes.
What if I am running late?
Message us on WhatsApp. Clinics hold slots for 20 minutes and we will fit you in when we can.
Can my HMO pay the deposit?
Choose your HMO under How will you pay and pay at the desk instead. The HMO desk confirms cover when you arrive.
