Questions about services.
Can you inspect for two services in one visit?
Yes. A valuation and building survey are usually done together, saving you a second visit.
Do you work outside the FCT?
Yes, in Niger, Nasarawa and Kogi states for a travel fee.
Can I change the purpose after the report?
A report is written for one purpose. We can re-issue it for another, often for a small fee.
What is the retainer?
Half the fee to book the inspection, the rest before the signed report is released.
