Our fees depend on the type of property, its size, the purpose and how quickly you need the report. Here is the example scale; the valuation request works out your exact figure.

Half the fee to book the inspection, by transfer, card or POS through Receivly.

The rest when the report is ready, before it is released.

Some lenders pay us directly. We tell you if yours does.

Fee questions.
Are fees negotiable?
Our scale is fixed so every client pays the same. Bundles and repeat instructions earn discounts.
Is VAT included?
No, 7.5% VAT is added and shown separately.
What if the inspection cannot go ahead?
If we arrive and cannot get in, we charge a ₦30,000 wasted visit fee and rebook.
Do you refund the deposit?
Yes, in full, if you cancel before the inspection.
