About the firm

Independent since 2009. Our only interest is the right figure.

Thornbury is a firm of estate surveyors, valuers and land surveyors in Asokoro. We do not sell, let or manage property, so we can value it honestly for anyone.

How we work.

Independent

We never value property we have an interest in, and we say who instructed us.

Signed and accountable

A named, registered valuer signs every report and answers questions on it.

Written plainly

Every report has a one-page summary a non-surveyor can follow.

On time

We give a report date at instruction and keep to it.
