Valuations.
How much does a valuation cost?
From ₦150,000 for a flat, ₦280,000 for a detached duplex, plus VAT.
How long does it take?
Inspection within two working days, report within seven, or three for express.
Will my bank accept it?
We are on several lender panels (example names). Tell us your lender.
Is a valuation the same as a survey?
No. A valuation gives a figure; a building survey looks at condition in detail.

Land.
Do I need a boundary survey?
If you are buying land, yes. It confirms the plot matches the plan.
What if beacons are missing?
We re-establish them from the coordinates on your plan.
Do you check the C of O?
We check the plan against the land. Your lawyer confirms the title at the registry.
How long does a land survey take?
Usually one day on site and five working days for the plan.

Money.
How do I pay?
Transfer, card or POS through Receivly. 50% to book, the rest before the report.
Is VAT included?
No, 7.5% is added.
Do you refund deposits?
In full if you cancel before inspection.
Do you offer bundles?
10% off two or more services on one property.

Visits.
Who needs to be there?
Someone with keys who knows the property.
Do you work Saturdays?
Inspections on Saturday mornings, yes.
What should I prepare?
Keys, documents, utilities on and clear access.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, with a day's notice.
