Questions.
Do you act for both sides?
Never on the same property. We act for either the landlord or the tenant.
Can you help embassies with staff housing?
Yes. We advise several agencies on rents for staff homes in Maitama and Asokoro (example clients).
How are rents paid in Abuja?
Often a year or two in advance. We take that into account in the evidence.
What if we cannot agree?
Many leases name an expert or arbitrator. We can prepare your case for them.
