Land and boundary surveys
Beacons found, boundaries measured, plans signed.
Before you pay for land, make sure it is where the papers say it is. Our surveyors locate the beacons, measure the plot, compare it with the survey plan and the layout, and sign a plan you can take to the land registry.

Questions.
What if the beacons are missing?
We re-establish them from the coordinates on your plan and record what we find.
Can you help with a boundary dispute?
Yes. We survey independently and give a report both sides can review. Legal steps are for your lawyer.
Do I need to be on site?
Someone who knows the plot should meet us, and neighbours are often told the day before.
Does a survey prove title?
No. It shows where the land is and its size. Title is checked by your lawyer at the land registry.
