Four ideas to try this week
Five minutes of nothing
Sit somewhere with a window. No phone. Notice three sounds. That is all.
Name it to tame it
Saying "I feel worried" out loud, even to yourself, often makes the feeling a little smaller.
Sleep is not a luxury
Same time to bed and up, even on Saturdays. It is the cheapest thing that helps mood.
One person
Write down one person you could call on a hard day. Keep their number on paper too.
A pause
One minute, right now
Follow the circle. Breathe in as it grows and out as it settles. Stop whenever you like.
Press start when you are ready
Not a treatment, just a pause. In for four, out for six.
Monthly letter
One email a month
A short note from the team and the next grief evening date. No pressure, unsubscribe any time.
Thank you,
The next letter arrives at the start of the month. Reference . Example confirmation for this demo; nothing was sent.
No pressure
When you are ready, we are here
Booking takes about three minutes and you can stop at any point. You do not need a referral or a reason that sounds big enough.
