Will the person who answers be a counsellor?
Usually the front desk answers. They are trained in confidentiality and will pass you to a counsellor for the free first call.
Can I visit just to see the place?
Yes. Call ahead and we will show you a free room.
Is there step free access?
The ground floor has a room for anyone who cannot use the stairs. Tell us when you book.
