Every session has a standard fee and a sliding scale below it. Use the estimator for a fair starting point; you can always talk it through with us.

HMO and employer cover
Some HMO plans and employers cover counselling. Bring your HMO card or employer letter and we will check what is covered before your first session.
Paying
Bank transfer before the session, POS or cash at the desk. Receipts by email or WhatsApp.
Cancelling
Free up to 24 hours before. After that the fee is due, unless something unexpected happened. We understand.

Will you ask for proof of income?
No. We trust you. The estimator is a guide, not a test.
Can the fee change later?
Yes, up or down, if your situation changes. Just tell us.
Is the grief group really free?
Yes. It is funded by the standard fees and by donations.
Do you offer free sessions?
We keep a small number of free places each month for people who cannot pay anything. Ask on the first call.
