Indoors
Getting a better signal at home
Stand by a window
Glass lets more signal through than concrete.
Mind the roof
Some roofing sheets block signal. Upstairs rooms often do better.
Try Wi-Fi calling
On Max and Home plans, calls can use your home Wi-Fi.
Ask for a visit
If signal is weak indoors, we can send an engineer.
Our sites
Solar first, so the signal stays on
Most Pinnacle sites in the south-west run on solar panels by day and batteries by night. Generators are the last resort.

Questions
About coverage
Why does my phone show 4G when I am in a 5G area?
Your phone must support 5G and have 5G switched on in settings. Your SIM does not need to change.
Are coverage maps exact?
They are a good guide. Buildings, trees and weather all affect signal. Example data in this demo.
Can I get Pinnacle in a rural area?
Calls and basic data reach most towns. 4G is spreading every month, and home internet uses an outdoor antenna where signal is weak.
