How we price

No mystery in the numbers

  1. Area and type Cleaning and maintenance are priced per square metre, adjusted for how hard the building works: a hospital is cleaned far more often than a warehouse.
  2. Hours Longer opening hours need more shifts, so cleaning, maintenance and guarding rise with them.
  3. Service level Faster responses and more frequent checks need more engineers closer to your site.
  4. Fixed elements The helpdesk, maintenance system and generator management carry a fixed monthly fee.

Questions

About service levels

Is this a quote?

It is an example estimate from our standard rates. A site survey checks the condition of your plant and the real scope, and we send a written proposal within ten working days.

What is a service credit?

If we miss an agreed target in a month, a set percentage comes off that month’s invoice automatically. It keeps us honest and gives you a remedy without a dispute.

Can we mix service levels?

Yes. Many clients choose Critical for power and lifts, and Assured for everything else.

Does the price include diesel and spare parts?

No. Diesel and parts are passed through at cost with our handling fee shown on the invoice, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
