Before we visit
What happens on a survey?
A senior engineer walks the building with your facilities lead, inspects plant rooms, generators and roofs, and asks about current problems and costs.
Is it really free?
Yes, for buildings over 2,000 square metres. Smaller sites can book a paid half day health check.
How soon will we get a proposal?
Within ten working days, with a service level sheet, prices and a handover plan.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes, before the survey if you prefer.
