About
Keystone began in 2011 with six engineers and one generator contract in Garki. Today we look after 64 buildings with 1,150 people, and we still answer the phone ourselves.
What we believe
When we do our job well, nobody notices. Lights stay on, water runs, lifts arrive, and the building feels calm. The drama only shows up in our monthly report, where every fault, delay and litre of diesel is accounted for.
That is why we measure everything, put response times in writing and accept service credits when we miss them.
Our story
Founded in Garki with a single generator contract.
First integrated contract, a ten storey office in the Central Business District.
Moved to Gwarinpa and opened our 24 hour control room.
Kept every hospital client running through the pandemic.
Launched solar hybrid services. First 50 generators on remote monitoring.
64 buildings, 1,150 staff and a training academy for technicians.

Our people
Every Keystone staff member is paid above the national minimum wage, on time, with pension, health insurance through an HMO and transport after late shifts. Our academy in Gwarinpa trains school leavers as technicians over twelve months, and most of our supervisors started as cleaners or guards.
A free site survey, a written service level proposal within ten working days, and a 30 day handover plan.
