Six stages, one reference
Booked means a slot and a phlebotomist are assigned. Collected means the tubes are sealed and labelled, and the cool box logger has started.
Received means the sample has been scanned in at Gwarinpa and checked: the right tube, enough sample, the right temperature. If anything is wrong we call you the same morning.
In analysis and reviewed mean the sample has run and a scientist is checking the results against our quality rules. Report ready means the secure link has gone to you and, if you asked, your doctor.
