A referral account
Clinics with a referral account receive one monthly statement instead of patient-by-patient billing, with 30 days to pay by transfer. Patients pay you, or the account is billed directly at an agreed rate.
Accounts also get a named liaison scientist, a supply of request pads and sample tubes for in-clinic collection, and a clinic collection day each week.
