An SMS with a name
You get the phlebotomist’s name and photo, and the slot. Reply to change it.
Ten minutes away
A call
They call when close, so nobody waits at the gate in traffic.
At the door
Check, label, collect
Identity check, tubes labelled in front of you, sample taken in about two minutes.
After
Track it
Use the reference on your SMS to follow the sample to the report.

About pickups
Can you collect from several people at one address?
Yes. Book once and add each person on the call, or message us after booking. One pickup fee covers the address.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move a slot up to 8pm the evening before at no charge, through the link in your SMS.
Do you collect on Sundays?
Not at present. Saturday slots fill quickly, so book early.
Is the sample safe in traffic?
Samples travel in sealed cool boxes with temperature loggers, and reach the lab within two hours.
