Scene 2.3INT. HOW HOLDING WORKS
How holding a room works
- Pick a room on the plan. The number, view and beds left are shown before you pay anything.
- Pay the ₦150,000 deposit through Receivly by card or bank transfer. It counts towards your rent.
- We hold it for 14 days while you upload admission letter and guarantor form.
- Pay the rest in full, in two parts or in four. Keys on move-in day.
Every room is photographed before move-in and the report is shared with you.

Room picker questions
Is the availability real?
On this demo it is example data. On the live site it comes straight from the residence booking sheet in the COVORN apps, so a room you see as free is free.
Can I choose my roommate?
Yes. For twin and quad rooms, add your friend’s name on the booking and we place you together if you both pay deposits within seven days.
Why are some floors women only?
Each residence has separate floors for women and men, with a resident assistant on each floor. Common rooms, study rooms and the kitchen are shared.
What does over budget mean on the plan?
Rooms that cost more per person than your budget slider are dimmed, not hidden, so you can still see what is around them.
