Scene 10.2INT. SECURITY OFFICE
Safety, in plain words
Guarded, gated, carded
Trained guards at the gate day and night, card access to every floor, and visitors signed out by 10 pm.
Cameras in the right places
CCTV covers gates, corridors, stairs and the car park. Never inside rooms or bathrooms.
People who pick up
A named warden, a night supervisor and a resident assistant on every floor, all reachable on WhatsApp.

From viewing to move-out

Viewing
Come with your child, meet the warden, see the actual room.

Deposit
₦150,000 holds the room, refundable within 14 days.
- 03
Paperwork
Admission letter, passport photo and the guarantor form, uploaded online.
- 04
Move-in report
We photograph the room with your child and send you the report.
- 05
Monthly note
A short note from the warden on the 1st of every month.
- 06
Move-out
Room check together, caution fee back within 10 working days.
Scene 10.4INT. POWER ROOM
Power and water you do not have to worry about
Every residence runs on grid power with rooftop solar and an inverter bank, and a soundproofed generator as last backup. Water comes from our own borehole, treated on site and tested every month by an independent lab. The results are pinned at the front desk.
- No diesel levy, ever, even when fuel prices rise
- Monthly water test results on the notice board
- Fire alarms and extinguishers checked quarterly
Scene 10.5INT. ACCOUNTS
Paying, without the stress
Pay the session in full, in two parts or in four. Every payment goes through Receivly, so you get an instant receipt by email and WhatsApp, and you can pay by card or bank transfer from anywhere. We never ask for cash.

Ask the warden a question
Leave a question and the warden of the residence you choose will call you back, usually the same day.
Who is the guarantor?
A parent or guardian who signs to cover damage beyond the caution fee. It is a one-page form.
Do you share grades or attendance?
No. We are a residence, not the school. We do let you know if your child has not been seen for 48 hours.
