One rent covers your room, power, wifi, water, shuttle and security. Pay it in full or spread it over the session. Here are the example rates and a calculator.

Included
- Your room and furniture
- 24-hour power, solar and backup
- Fibre wifi
- Treated borehole water
- Campus shuttle, morning and evening
- Security and CCTV
- Cleaning of shared spaces
- 120 air conditioning units a month
Not included
- Food (kitchens are free to use)
- Laundry detergent
- Air conditioning above 120 units
- Weekend shuttle trips to the mall (₦500 a seat)
- Replacement access cards (₦3,000)
Scene 11.5INT. MONEY QUESTIONS
Money questions
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in full if you cancel within 14 days of paying it. After that it counts towards your rent and is not refundable, unless you were not admitted.
What if an instalment is late?
We send a reminder a week before and on the day. After 14 days late, a ₦10,000 late fee is added. Talk to us early and we can usually move a date.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer through Receivly. You get a receipt instantly. Cash is never accepted at the desk.
Do you offer scholarships?
We hold ten places a year at half rent for students referred by their department for financial need. Ask the front desk for the form.
