Scene 17.3INT. BEHIND THE SCENES
Every room is photographed before you arrive
Before move-in, the resident assistant photographs your actual room with a date stamp and shares it with you and your guardian. At move-out we compare. It keeps caution fee refunds quick and fair.

About these photos
Photos on this demo are free-licence stock images chosen to show the feel of the residences. On your own site, COVORN replaces them with a shoot of your buildings and residents.
Can residents share photos here?
With their permission, yes. The live site can show a resident wall moderated by the front desk.
Do you allow filming in the residence?
Students filming for course work can ask the warden for a slot.
