Scene 12.2INT. AFTER YOU PAY
What happens after you pay
- Instant receipt from Receivly with your reference.
- Welcome message on WhatsApp from the warden within one working day.
- Upload documents in the next 14 days: admission letter, passport photo, guarantor form.
- Choose your plan and pay the balance by the date that suits you.
Scene 12.3INT. CAN I CHANGE MY MIND
Changing your mind
Cancel within 14 days for a full refund of the deposit, no questions. After that the deposit counts towards rent. If your admission does not come through, we refund it whenever you tell us, with the school letter.

Booking questions
Do I need my admission letter now?
No. Hold the room first, then upload the letter within 14 days.
Can a parent pay?
Yes. Anyone can pay with the reference; the receipt goes to the student and the guardian.
Can I book for a friend too?
Each student books separately, then add each other as roommate requests.
