The building
Lagoon Lofts opened in 2025 for Coastline University students who were tired of the long ride from Ajah. It has five floors, the largest study hall in the group, a small pool with a lifeguard on weekends and a cafe counter in the lobby that serves breakfast from 7 am. Coastline’s gate is eleven minutes on foot and five on the shuttle.

There is a loading bay at the front for drop-offs. Book a move-in slot so we can spread cars across the day.
