Aligners are thin, clear trays made from a 3D scan of your teeth. Each set is slightly different, and together they move teeth step by step. You wear them about 22 hours a day and take them out to eat, drink anything but water, and brush.

Can I eat with aligners in?
No. Take them out to eat and drink anything except water, then brush before putting them back.
What if I lose a tray?
Message us. Usually you move to the next set early or we order a replacement for ₦25,000.
Will they affect my speech?
Some people lisp slightly for a day or two while they get used to them.
Can I fast while wearing aligners?
Yes. Many patients keep trays in through the fast and take them out to eat at sunset. We can plan visits around Ramadan.
