Patient stories

What treatment was really like.

Stories from patients about everyday life during treatment: school, work, food and budgets. We do not show before and after results, because every mouth is different.

Stories

Four journeys.

Smiling woman with glasses and long braids

Example client

Halima, 16, teen aligners

Halima wanted treatment nobody at school would notice. She wore teen aligners through SS2 and SS3, and her mum could check the wear indicators each week. Visits were on Saturdays so she never missed class.

Example client

Seun, 14, metal braces

Seun picked green and white bands for every visit and kept a chart of his wire changes on the fridge. His dad liked that updates came on WhatsApp after each visit.

Example client

Ronke, 34, clear aligners

Ronke had braces as a teenager and stopped wearing her retainer. A short course of aligners and a new retainer, on her lunch breaks, was what she chose after her consultation.

Example client

Ifeoma, 41, ceramic braces

Ifeoma had put off treatment for years because of cost. A 0% plan over 18 months made it possible, and she says the hardest part was giving up chewing gum.

Stories and names are examples for this demo.

These stories describe experiences, not results. Your treatment, timing and outcome depend on your own teeth and how treatment goes, and your orthodontist will talk you through what is realistic.

In their words

Short notes from families.

The team never rushed us, even with three children in the room.

Mrs Abdullahi, example client

I liked that they showed me the plan on screen before I agreed to anything.

Example client

Our receipts and reminders came on WhatsApp. It was all very organised.
