- Any X-rays from the last two years
- Your HMO card, if you have one
- A parent or guardian for patients under 18
- A list of any medicines you take

About booking.
Can I change my time?
Yes. Reply to your WhatsApp reminder or call us at least a day before.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
It is credited to your treatment if you go ahead. If not, it covers your scan and advice.
Can both parents come?
Yes, and siblings are welcome in the waiting room.
Do you see emergencies?
Existing patients with a broken bracket or lost tray can message us for a same-week visit.
