Dr Folake Adeyemi
Lead orthodontist
Trained in Lagos and abroad, Folake started Smileworks in 2015. She loves treating teenagers and still does every first check herself on Saturdays.
Dr Hauwa Bello
Orthodontist
Hauwa leads our aligner work and runs the after-school clinic. She speaks English, Hausa and Yoruba.
Dr Kunle Ojo
Orthodontist
Kunle treats many of our adult patients and looks after second opinions and relapse cases.
Dr Amina Salihu
Paediatric dentist
Amina sees our youngest patients and works with families on brushing and early habits.

Training
Always learning.
Our orthodontists hold specialist postgraduate qualifications and attend courses every year. Clinical staff renew emergency training twice a year, and the whole team shares a case review every Friday morning before clinic opens.
We also teach. Dental students from the university spend time with us each term.

Can I choose my orthodontist?
Yes. Tell us when you book. We will match times to their clinic days.
Do you speak Yoruba and Hausa?
Yes, between us we speak English, Yoruba, Hausa and Nupe.
Are you registered?
All clinicians are registered with the national dental council and renew yearly.
Are you hiring?
