Start with fun
Children under eight play with soft balls and big targets. The first goal is to love hitting the ball, not to fix a grip.
Borrow before you buy
The academy lends junior clubs for the first year, so families do not spend money before they know their child enjoys it.
Play on the real course
From age ten, juniors play three holes with a coach on Saturday afternoons, learning etiquette as they go.
Scholarships
Six places a year go free to children from schools in Onitsha, chosen with their teachers. The club pays for lessons, clubs and transport.
What parents say
Most say the same thing: their child is calmer, more patient and spends less time on a screen. That is enough for us.
