Fourteen days to decide, with your money safe
A reservation takes the plot off the map for 14 days while you look at drawings, talk to your family and arrange payment.
Pay the reservation
₦500,000 through Receivly by card or bank transfer. It comes off the price if you buy.
Get your pack
Survey plan, design code, title documents and a draft contract, the same day on email and WhatsApp.
Visit with your architect
We walk the plot with you and set out the corners.
Sign or step back
Sign and pay the 30% deposit, or step back and get the full reservation back within 5 working days.
About plots and phases
Can I hold more than one plot?
Yes, up to two at a time, so you can compare. Each hold is its own reservation.
What happens when phase 3 opens?
People on the phase 3 list get first choice for 7 days before the plots go on the public map.
Can I combine two plots?
Neighbouring 600 m² plots can be merged before you build. The estate office handles the survey.
How long do I have to build?
Foundations within 24 months of handover and a finished shell within 48 months, so streets do not sit half built.
