Paperwork

What you sign and what you get

The contract, the plan and the receipts tell the same story. Your lawyer gets copies of everything.

  1. Reservation receipt

When you hold a home or plot through Receivly or at the sales gallery.

  2. Contract of sale

Price, plan, handover date and what happens if either side is late.

  3. Monthly receipts

Each instalment, with the running balance, in your customer area and on WhatsApp.

  4. Deed of assignment

Prepared on the final payment and registered with the state.

  5. Handover pack

Keys, warranties, as-built drawings and your residents' app login.

Questions

About paying

How do I pay instalments?

From your customer area through Receivly by card or transfer, by standing order, or by POS at the sales gallery.

What if I miss a payment?

Call us. We can move a payment once a year. After 60 days overdue, the contract sets out the next steps clearly.

Can I pay off early?

Yes, at any time, with no penalty. On the long plan the 7.5% charge reduces in proportion.

Do you work with mortgage lenders?

Two lenders have approved the estate. The sales desk introduces you, and the lender decides on the loan.
