Before you choose
Can I change the layout of a built home?
Fairway and lakeside villas in phase 2 can still change kitchen and wardrobe finishes. Structural changes are not possible once the roof is on.
Do prices include legal fees?
No. Your own lawyer's fee and the deed registration are separate, usually 3 to 5% of the price.
Is there a resale market inside the estate?
Yes. The sales desk lists phase 1 resales for owners, with the same viewing and payment process.
Can I rent my home out?
Long lets of 12 months or more are allowed. Short lets need the estate office's approval and a registered manager.
