Ten things neighbours agreed on

  1. Quiet hours

10pm to 6am. Parties end at midnight on weekends with notice to the office.

  2. Building work

8am to 5pm on weekdays, 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, never on Sundays.

  3. Speed

25 km/h on every street. Buggies give way to people walking.

  4. Generators

Not needed, and not allowed on the street side of a home.

  5. Pets

Dogs on a lead outside your garden, and owners clean up after them.

Questions

From new residents

Can my driver and cook live in?

Yes, in staff quarters, with ID cards from the estate office. Day staff use the staff gate from 6am.

Can I have a gate pass for a party?

Create one code for all guests in the app, valid for the hours you choose.

Who fixes a street light?

Report it in the app with a photo. Most faults are fixed within 48 hours.

Is there a residents' association?

Yes. It meets every quarter, and every household has one vote.
